Conclusion of three courses for department heads and employees of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation

Three training courses in the areas of behavioral and leadership skills development, job analysis and description, and preparation of reports and research were concluded, Thursday, February 19, 1444 AH, at the Training Center for Workers in Hodeida Port.

The courses aimed at providing 47 department heads and employees from various departments with the skills of strategic planning, negotiation, persuasion, influence, problem solving and decision-making, and how to describe the job in a systematic and scientific manner, preparing reports and the steps required to write them.

In conclusion, the Director General of Human Resources at the Foundation, Ahmed Mohammed Atta, pointed out the importance of the courses in improving the performance of departments. He called on the participants to apply the contents of the courses to the practical reality.

He valued the support and keenness of the Foundation’s leadership to organize and establish such courses and training programs to enhance the capabilities of employees in line with modern requirements and in accordance with the plans of the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state.

The words of the participants in the courses indicated the importance of the courses and the knowledge and science they contained that help enhance their work skills, improve performance levels and flexibility in implementation
