A meeting of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation headed by the Vice-Chairman of the Corporation’s Board of Directors, Engineer Yahya Abbas Sharaf El-Din, discussed today, Wednesday, aspects of cooperation between the port of Hodeidah and the World Food Program.

The meeting, which included the Deputy Logistics Director of the Fesga Delta Program, touched on the nature of the civil and humanitarian work of the Hodeidah port and the services it provides around the clock with self-effort despite the aggression’s bombing of its operational mechanisms and equipment and the prevention of the entry of spare parts with the aim of paralyzing the port’s movement.

In the meeting, Sharaf El-Din praised the role of the Food Program and the humanitarian aid it provides to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people in light of the current conditions that the country is going through as a result of the aggression and the brutal US-Saudi siege.
