Discussing the development of the automated system and networking at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation

 

A meeting of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation – the main center – in the port of Hodeida , Sunday 2-4-1443 AH corresponding to 7-11-2021 AD, chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Captain Muhammad Abu Bakr Ishaq, discussed the development of the mechanism of work with the automated system and networking in all departments of the Corporation as part of the Corporation’s projects in implementation The directions of the government within the framework of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state 2030.

The meeting reviewed the steps for implementing procedures, updating the documentary cycle, and transforming manual systems into automated processes by activating important paths (the institution’s activity path, the operational needs path, the human resources and manpower system path, and the process of linking these three paths within the program to enhance the efficiency of software systems in the institution.

In the meeting, Captain Isaac affirmed the keenness of the Foundation’s leadership to benefit from the experiences of others and what was reached in the technical field, and to set a strategic vision for the development of the organization’s software systems.

He directed to take measures to improve the performance of departments in the institution and to integrate the networking between all departments to reach a single window with the various parties related to their work in the institution and to improve the level of services provided.
