Discussing the mechanism for developing administrative work between the Ministries of Transport and the Civil Service

A meeting held , chaired by the Minister of Transport, Abdul Wahab Al-Durra, discussed the mechanism for developing administrative work and joint cooperation between the Ministries of Transport, Civil Service and Insurance.

In the meeting that included the undersecretaries of the Ministries of Civil Service for the Control and Inspection Sector Abdullah Haidar and Transport for the Air Transport Sector Abdullah Al-Ansi and Financial and Administrative Affairs Adel Al-Madani and Maritime Affairs and Ports Khaled Al-Nimr, the Minister of Transport emphasized the role of the Ministry of Civil Service in developing and modernizing the administrative system of state institutions.

He pointed to the importance of developing and activating joint cooperation in administrative aspects and administrative reform in training and qualifying state employees.

In turn, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service stressed the importance of training and qualifying the staff of the Ministry of Transport in the administrative field, in a way that contributes to the development of performance.

In addition, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance inspected the level of job discipline in the office of the Ministry of Transport, the land, air and sea sectors, the Information Center and other public departments on the second official working day after the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

During the visit, in which he was accompanied by undersecretaries of the Ministry of Transport, Haider praised the attendance and active commitment, which amounted to more than 90 percent.

He pointed out that the Ministry of Transport is one of the ministries committed to work and effective in providing its services to citizens, which reflects the keenness of the ministry’s employees and their sense of responsibility.

Undersecretary Haider stressed the importance of doubling efforts to raise the level of performance and activate field monitoring to enhance job discipline.
