Discussing the projects of the Land Transport Authority within the national vision plan for the year 2022

A meeting in Sana’a, chaired by the head of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority, Walid Al-Waadi, discussed the matrix of projects and programs of the authority included in the national vision in its plan for the year 2022 AD.

The meeting, in the presence of representatives of the main executive unit of the Ministry of Transport, and the chairman and members of the authority’s subcommittee, reviewed the authority’s executive plan for the year 2022 and its strategic and investment projects, most notably the heavy transport truck parking project in Hodeida Governorate, the dry ports in the mosques and Haziz area, and the projects under implementation.

The meeting touched on the digital map of land transport, the second stage, the networking between the authority and its branches, the automation project, and the completion of the database through licensing the means of land transport.

The head of the Land Transport Regulatory Authority referred to the promising investment opportunities in the field of land transport, which would contribute to the promotion and development of this vital sector.

He called on capital to invest in the field of land transport, as it is one of the promising areas that contribute to the advancement of the national economy.
