To implement project works: the public service building and the main gate – the main center – Sana’a

Which will be funded from the following sources: (self) and with a down payment of (10%) against an approved bank guarantee.

Those wishing to enter this tender must submit their written requests during official working hours to the following address: General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs – Sana’a – Al Amana – Sheraton Street – in front of the Movenpick Hotel – next to the British Embassy, ​​clearly specified in the tender documents, to purchase and receive tender documents A match of (35,000) riyals is not refunded.

  • The       last date for selling documents is 12/23/2020 .

–       The bidder is required to visit the project site and the places surrounding it, and to obtain on his own responsibility all the necessary information and actual spaces for preparing his bid at his own expense.

–       offers a tender in a sealed envelope and sealed red wax to the employer specified address, and it is written: The name of the employer, and the project, tender number, and the name of the bidder, and herewith the following documents:

A bank guarantee in the same form as specified in the tender documents, for a lump sum amounting to (4,000,000) four million Yemeni riyals, valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or a check accepted for payment.

A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate.

A copy of the sales tax certificate + valid tax card.

A copy of the insurance card + valid Zakat card.

A copy of a valid profession practice certificate.

All tender documents must be signed and stamped.

  • The       deadline for receiving bids and opening the envelopes is (11) a.m. on (Monday) 12/28/2020 , and bids that do not meet the conditions above and contained in the tender documents will not be considered.

–       Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their submitted condition to their owners.

–       The envelopes will be opened at the employer’s office whose address is shown above (in the Commission’s meeting hall) in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and sealed authorization.

–       Those wishing to participate in this tender can view the tender documents before purchasing them during working hours for the period allowed for the sale of tender documents for a period of (25) days from the publication of the first announcement
