Inspect the level of job discipline in the Land Transport Authority (LTA)

The Chairman of the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Walid Al-Wadi’i, along with the deputy of the Civil Service Ministry for the Human Resources Development Sector Ali Al-Kibsi, were briefed on the level of job discipline in the authority on the second working day after the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

Al-Wadai’i and Al-Kebsi inspected the workflow in the various public and subsidiary departments and listened to an explanation of the work mechanism in the departments, the training hall, the public services department, and the reception of citizens’ transactions.

Al-Wadi’i, praised the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Civil Service in following up the job performance of the various ministries, authorities and institutions, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two sides with regard to following up on procedures for improving the level of work in various state institutions in general.

The deputy of the Ministry of Civil Service praised the level of job discipline and the active presence of the authority’s leadership and employees, which reflects keenness on commitment, building and developing administrative and institutional work, and improving performance.

They were accompanied during the visit by the directors of employment cases at the Ministry of Civil Service, Muhammad Al-Hilama, and the human resources in the authority, Abdullah Hatem.
