The law included 54 articles divided into five chapters as follows:
Chapter One: Naming and Definitions.
Chapter Two: Objectives and Scope of Application.
Chapter Three: Organizing meteorological activities.
Section One: Department of Meteorological Activities.
Section two: monitoring.
The third section: weather forecasts and early warning.
Section IV: Climate.
Section V: Professional inspection and oversight
Chapter Four: Penalties.
Chapter Five: General and Final Provisions.
