Meeting at Transport Ministry approves tariff for container goods delivery orders at Hodeidah Port

A meeting at Transport Ministry, headed by the Undersecretary for Maritime and Port Affairs Sector, Captain Muhammad Ishaq, approved the tariff for container goods delivery orders at Hodeidah Port in the amount of thirty thousand riyals.

In the meeting, which included the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital secretariat, Mohamed Salah, and representatives of the shipping, commercial and industrial chambers, a tariff for the fees for delivering goods at the port was signed between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the shipping chambers, and it was implemented after its approval by the Minister of Transport in the caretaker government.

He stressed the keenness to provide all facilities and privileges to the private sector to develop work in Hodeida port and the ports affiliated with the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation.

While the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives of the shipping chambers expressed their readiness to cooperate and work in a way that contributes to developing work in the ports affiliated with the Red Sea Corporation.
