The National Center of Meteorology expects the formation of cumulus clouds, accompanied by sporadic rain, sometimes accompanied by thunder, in the afternoon and evening periods during the next 24 hours.

The center indicated that its air bulletin , indicating the possibility of rain falling on parts of the mountainous heights of the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Al-Mahwit, Amran, Sana’a, Dhamar, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz, Al-Dhali ‘, and parts of the heights of the governorates of Lahj. And show .

He pointed out that high temperatures remain in the desert and coastal areas, ranging between 36-42 degrees Celsius .

The center urged citizens in areas where rain is expected to not be in the stomachs of valleys and streams during and after the rains, and not to use mobile phones during lightning .

He warned vehicle drivers on roads and mountain slopes of the noticeable decline in the horizontal visibility due to rain or fog, calling on residents of desert areas and coastal plains not to be exposed directly to the blazing sunlight during the noon hours .

The center indicated that the amount of rain that fell during the past 24 hours in some meteorological stations reached in Ibb: 11 mm, the dam: 0.1, indicating that rain of varying intensity accompanied by thunderstorms fell on separate parts of the southwestern mountain heights and the highlands adjacent to the Tihama Plain, most of which were Out of range of monitoring stations
