Minister of Transport is briefed on the progress of work in the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Club

 

Minister of Transport, Abdul-Wahhab Al-Durra, and the deputy of the Civil Aviation Authority and Meteorology, Raed Jabal, inspected the progress of work in the Civil Aviation Club, meteorology, and sports activities held for the authority’s employees and its various sectors.

Al-Durra was briefed on the various sports swimming pools, bodybuilding halls, billiards and table tennis, and the modern sports equipment and equipment they contain for the establishment of various sports activities for the employees of the Civil Aviation Authority and Meteorology and the participants in the club.

He listened from the club’s director, Lutf Al-Zorha, to an explanation about the Aviation Club and its various monthly, quarterly and annual sports activities, the level of turnout in it, the cadres working in the club, and the needs it requires in order to attract more subscribers and compete in the level of services provided by some other sports clubs.

Minister of Transport and the deputy of the Civil Aviation Authority and Meteorology was also briefed on the damages caused to the Grand Hall as a result of the targeting of the aggression aircraft, the level of achievement in it and the necessary requirements for its processing.

Minister Al-Durra praised what he witnessed in the Civil Aviation Club, and the programs and activities it revives, stressing the importance of exercising for the employees of the Ministry, the Authority and its affiliated frameworks, because of its positive impact on the health of the body.

He was accompanied during the visit by the directors of Sana’a International Airport, Khaled Al-Shayef, the airports sector, Amin Jamaan, air transport, Dr. Mazen Ghanem, and the firefighting and rescue services, Saleh Al-Ahjri.
