Minister of Transport lays wreath at martyr Al-Sammad tomb

Minister of Transport, Abdul Wahab Al-Durra, visited the tomb of martyr President Saleh Ali Al-Sammad in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana’a

 

During the visit, Al-Durra, accompanied by the Undersecretaries for the Air Transport Sector Abdullah Al-Ansi, Adel Al-Madani for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Khaled Al-Nimr for Maritime Affairs and Ports, Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Qader, the heads of the Civil Aviation and Meteorological Authority, Walid Al-Wadaei for the Land Transport Affairs Organization, and Zaid Al-Washli, Vice President of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, read the readings. Al-Fatiha on the soul of the martyr Al-Samad and all the martyrs of the homeland.

Minister Al-Durra emphasized that the martyr Al-Samad was an example of the wise leader and president who carried the concerns of a homeland and sought to build a modern civil state despite the aggression and siege.

He drew attention to the fingerprints of the martyr al-Samad and his renaissance project, “a hand that protects … a hand that builds,” stressing the continuation of the path of the martyrs and the fulfillment of their sacrifices in the face of aggression and the defense of the homeland and its independence.

Minister of Transport, the Undersecretaries of the Ministry and the heads of its affiliated bodies and institutions also visited the shrine of the late homeland and former Minister of Transport, Zakaria Al-Shami, and laid a wreath on the shrine and recited Al-Fatihah for his soul.
