PM participates in event of Arab Meteorological Day

Prime Minister Abdulaziz bin Habtoor confirmed that the Ministry of Transport is among the most important sovereign strategic ministries which activities cover the map of the Republic of Yemen.

This came during his participation in the event organized by the Ministry of Transport, represented by the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, to celebrate the Arab Meteorological Day under the slogan “Meteorology is important in our lives”.

The Prime Minister praised the important functions of the Ministry of Transport, which deals with the network of a global system, of which Yemen is a part, whether in the fields of air and maritime transport or meteorology.

Bin Habtoor said Yemen is rich in its human cadre, which has been and is being continuously rehabilitated in various nfields, indicating that maintaining this cadre, which society has worked hard in the process of preparing, is an important strategic and vital issue.

He added, “We must all preserve our state and our institutions, just as the capital, Sana’a, was preserved from mercenaries, countries of aggression and traitors who wanted evil in Yemen.”
