Al-Mashat stressed that the national executive programs for the first stage of economic recovery were built on foundations of interconnection, solidarity and interdependence with each other to form an economic painting through which to draw the features of the economic future that the Yemeni people seek.

He said, “The construction and identification of the executive programs and the projects that we launch, were carried out on scientific and objective grounds and an analysis of the existing situation with a holistic perspective and the implementation of the programs and projects, taking into account the hierarchical consideration, whereby the implementation of some of them depends on the implementation of another program that precedes it in time and accompanies it at another time with clarity in the lines of coordination and sharing.” Between related institutions. “

And he considered these programs, with their integrated composition, as a guarantee of non-slip towards theorizing or dependency in implementation or referring to the same sterile pattern in which state institutions were administered .. He also stressed that these productive and industrial projects necessitate a review of the legal system that separated from the stimulation of the national product .. He added, “Unfortunately, the national product has appealed hostility in favor of the external product, so the ready-made drug bottle received from abroad granted it the law of customs and tax exemption, while the inputs of national pharmaceutical production are imposed It has customs and taxes in a precedent that does not go with the mind or the slightest sense of the nation and the producer of the nationalist, who should be granted protection, care and support in order to be of good quality and price appropriate for the citizen.
