The sixth training course on the guide to developing services and simplifying procedures in public service units was concluded in Sana’a today, organized by the Ministry of Civil Service and Insurance at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences.

The course, in 10 days, targeted trainees from five public service units, including the Ministries of Transport and Guidance, the Hygiene Fund, Youth and Youth Support and Care, and Sana’a Community College.

 

In conclusion, the Dean of the National Institute of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Qatbari, praised the efforts of the Ministry of Civil Service in implementing the project and training program, which would contribute to achieving positive results in the reality of administrative work and citizen service, as well as its importance as a basic step for entering the world of electronic network systems and digital transformation.

 

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Guidance for Hajj and Umrah Affairs, Saleh Al-Khawlani, pointed out the importance of the project to develop services and simplify procedures, as it is related to the citizen and touches his concerns, and contributes to addressing the problems that the administrative work suffers from in the lengthening and complexity of transaction procedures.

 

While the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for the Monitoring and Performance Evaluation Sector, Abdullah Haidar confirmed that the trainees who represent the development teams prepared an experimental guide during the training period that includes twenty procedures as a maximum and five procedures as a maximum for each public service, after they worked on clarifying and naming the services provided by each of the entities. Participation in the training program.

 

The speech of the participants appreciated all the efforts that contributed to the organization and success of the course, which enhanced their perceptions and capabilities with theoretical and practical knowledge about forming and preparing a development team in the public service unit, listing services and workshops, preparing the experimental guide and preparing the final guide for the services of the public unit.

 

The conclusion included the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Adel Al-Madani, the Dean of the Community College in Sana’a, Dr. Muhammad Al-Touqi, and the Executive Director of the Youth and Youth Welfare Fund, Abdul Hameed Al-Maghrabi, who honored the trainees with certificates
