The Council of Ministers decides to postpone all official and popular events, conferences, seminars, workshops and reduce gatherings

The Council of Ministers extended congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, members of the Council, men of the army and security, popular committees, and all the Yemeni people on the occasion of National Resilience Day.
The Council pointed out in its regular meeting today headed by the Speaker of the Council, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, to the importance of celebrating the fifth anniversary of steadfastness in the face of the Saudi-Emirati aggression and siege that comes in the midst of the continuous victories achieved by the Yemeni men, the army heroes and the popular committees, as seen by everyone .. pointing to This day has become a title for the dignity, dignity and pride of the Yemeni people, who have proven to the whole world that they are an indomitable people.
He stressed that the Day of Resilience is one of the witnessed and immortal days of the country that prides itself on belonging to Yemen and its people, who were known for its great grief and aggression, which will sweep away the arrogant prostitutes and their sabotage and hostile projects against the great Yemeni homeland as it swept away the invaders, the occupiers and the greedy throughout history.
The Council discussed additional precautionary measures to respond to any emergencies related to the emerging corona virus, at the national level, and the protection of citizens, and reinforced government measures announced during the past days by the Ministerial Committee for Epidemic Control.
The Council approved, in light of its discussion of a set of proactive measures in the context of facing any emergency about the Corona virus at the national level, which is extremely important to avoid what happened to many countries in the world as a result of its delay in taking precautionary and preventive steps.
Where the Council approved postponing the establishment of all official and popular events, conferences, seminars, workshops and limiting gatherings, as well as closing events halls, public parks and steam and traditional baths, as well as affirming the previous decision regarding the suspension of studies in schools, training treaty and universities for a month, as well as postponing exams for basic and secondary classes and closing ports Wild and air.

The Council stressed the importance of the commitment of the local authorities in the secretariat of the capital and the general governorates to the decisions of the council, as well as the precautionary measures and measures taken by the High Ministerial Committee to fight epidemics … stressing the owners of wedding halls and consolation to contribute to the success of the Council’s decision by closing their halls for the specified period and returning the funds for the reservation to their owners Based on the dangers posed by the gatherings on the safety and health of the whole society … directed the Ministry of Interior and local authorities to take the necessary legal measures against the owners of the halls who failed to implement this decision.
He advised the Council of Ministers, the House of Representatives and the Shura Council to suspend their meetings during this period as a precautionary measure that is necessary.

The Council had listened to the report of the Chairman of the Higher Ministerial Committee for Epidemic Control and Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Dr. Hussein Makbouli on the various measures and measures taken by the committee in the context of preparing for any emergency.

Jalal al-Ruwaishan, on the military developments on the fronts in light of the successive victories achieved by army men, people’s committees, and tribal volunteers in facing the aggression alliance and its mercenaries, as well as the security situation in the secretariat of the capital and the general provinces.
He pointed to the steps being taken by the aggression party to thwart the Swedish agreement on Hodeidah, as well as the many daily violations committed by its mercenary elements … stressing that the problem verification committees did not prove that the national party committed any breaches of the agreement.
The Council highly praised the great championships and victories that the heroes of the army, the people’s committees, and volunteers underline during this difference in the life of the Yemeni people .. The Council valued the continuous popular support of the fronts, which has increased greatly in recent months in a clear message to the aggression alliance, that its bet to undermine the home front is a losing bet and that its blatant aggression is living its last moments.
The Council condemned the withdrawal of the aggression party to its representatives in the joint control points in Al Hudaydah, stressing that this action is a clear attempt to cancel the procedures and steps that the United Nations has achieved over the past period in the context of implementing the Stockholm tunnels … and called on the international team to take a clear public position on these steps and the dangers of the sponsoring countries The agreement of Sweden, as well as the United Nations, with the obstruction of this agreement, in full transparency.
The Council also praised the efforts of the Ministry of the Interior, security institutions, and its implementing programs to establish security and stability, preserve its knife and community safety by effectively tackling subversive and crime activities with all their names and levels.
In its regular meeting, the Council approved the memorandum of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Misfer Al-Numair, on raising the capital of the Public Corporation for Telecommunications.
The Council obliged the Corporation to take measures to raise and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of investing the funds that would be set aside from the reserves and allocations in developing the work system and its operational techniques in the field of communications, including the implementation of the strategic plan projects.
He stressed the Ministry represented by the Telecommunications Corporation to intensify its efforts in collecting the debt on legal and social personalities with large sums and to take the necessary accounting procedures to collect the debts of the citizens and settle them according to the law.
