The launch “Abu Ali” for maintenance at the Al-Aamat slope in Al-Hodeidah port
On Wednesday 7/4/2021 AD, the General Department of Technical Affairs of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation at Hodeidah port lifted the tug boat “Abu Ali” for maintenance at the Aamat slope in Hodeidah port .
The Director General of the General Department of Technical Affairs, Engineer / Ahmed Salem Abdullah, stated that a team of technical and engineering cadres, with the participation of cadres from the Operation Department of the General Department of Maritime Operations in the Corporation, will carry out comprehensive maintenance work for the hull of the launch in accordance with the requirements of the international class to maintain its readiness and efficiency in carrying out maneuvering, towing and maritime piloting work
He pointed out that the maintenance of the boat comes within the program of periodic maintenance of marine boats within the framework of the national vision plan to build the modern Yemeni state
The Technical Department appreciated the interest and support of the leadership of the Foundation represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Captain / Muhammad Abu Bakr bin Ishaq, and the Deputy Engineer / Yahya Abbas Sharaf al-Din, in implementing maintenance programs for the establishments in a manner that ensures their continuity in service
