The Presidential Office inaugurates the program of the first phase of the national vision for state building

The Office of the Presidency of the Republic inaugurated today the program of the first phase of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state “resilience, recovery and economic recovery”.

In the inauguration, which was attended by Speaker of the Shura Council Muhammad Hussein Al-Aidarous, Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs Lieutenant-General Jalal Al-Ruwaishan and National Vision Affairs Mahmoud Al-Junaid and Secretary of the Supreme Political Council Dr. Yasser Al-Houry, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic Ahmed Hamed stressed the importance of the political leadership having a vision to build the Yemeni state Modern.

He considered owning the national vision a success in itself .. He said, “The previous regimes did not have any vision for building the state, but rather had a vision to build balances and investments abroad, while today we have a national vision to build the modern Yemeni state despite the aggression and the blockade.”

Hamed pointed out that the inauguration of the presidential office for the program of the first phase of the national vision comes as an extension of a series of activities carried out by state institutions and agencies, led by the event in which the President of the Supreme Political Council announced on the first of January the first stage of implementing the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state from Sanaa, the young capital of Republic of Yemen.

He pointed out that this is an indication of the transition to the practical steps related to this pivotal stage of the implementation of the national vision during the year 2020 AD, which we hope will be the final and decisive year of victory over the American-Saudi aggression.

The President of the Presidential Office expressed the hope that the current year will be characterized by redoubling and joining efforts and mobilizing the capabilities and energies at the state and society levels and proceeding towards the completion of the tasks related to this important stage, relying on its success to establish and consolidate the real and effective structure to enhance the path of implementation of the other stages of the implementation of the national vision to achieve a better achievement The desired results and goals behind the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

He added, “The Presidential Office occupies a very important position for its direct association with the head of state as a technical, administrative and financial body concerned with assisting the presidency by carrying out the exercise of its constitutional and legal tasks by providing perceptions, opinions and proposals, analyzing data and information, and providing consultations that serve the presidential decision-making process.”

He continued, “From this standpoint, the office’s role and its effective contributions to implementing the vision come as an assistant technical body for the president concerned with following up the implementation of his decisions and directives related to the implementation of the national vision through the specialized technical departments of the office as well as the executive unit created for this purpose.”

At the end of his speech, Hamid praised the efforts of the Executive Unit of the Vision at the Presidential Office.

During the event attended by Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami, Secretary of the Capital Hamoud Abbad, Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Dr. Rashid Abu Lahm, Chairman of the Zakat Authority Sheikh Shamsan Abu Activean, and the head of the Ombudsman Judge Abdullah Al-Aghbari and heads of departments in the Presidency Office, a member of the Executive Unit of the National Vision of the Presidency Office reviewed Akram Othman The program of the Presidential Office for the first phase of the national vision is the stage of “resilience, recovery and economic recovery“.

He referred to the goals of the Presidency Office and the tasks it carries out in implementing the national vision as well as the tasks and roles of the executive unit in addition to the office’s program for the first phase “Resilience, Recovery and Economic Recovery 2020”.
