The Red Sea Ports Corporation celebrates the National Day of Resilience

The Red Sea Ports Corporation, the General Authority for Maritime Affairs, the Standards and Metrology Authority branch and the Customs of Hodeida Port organized today a speech event on the National Day of Resilience under the slogan “Resilience is the choice of a people and the title of a cause.”

In the event, which was attended by the Foundation’s CEO, Captain Muhammad Abu Bakr Ishaq, the governorate’s deputy, Abdul Jabbar Ahmed, indicated that the National Day of Resilience is a station for mobilization and a reminder of the responsibilities placed on everyone in the serious move to confront the aggression and its mercenaries.

He affirmed that the Yemeni people stand together to thwart the plots of the countries of aggression and confront the American escalation, by providing the fronts with money and men in the framework of the “Yemen Hurricane” campaign, pointing to the greatness of the legendary steadfastness of the Yemeni people and their awareness of the plans of the forces of aggression for seven years.

He praised the efforts of the leadership and employees of the Corporation and the facilities operating in the port of Hodeida and their steadfastness in performing their duties despite the continued aggression and its threats.

For his part, the Executive Vice President of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, Engineer Yahya Sharaf El-Din, indicated that the steadfastness of Yemenis in the face of aggression embodies the authentic faith identity of the Yemeni people and its rejection of all forms of domination and tutelage. The Yemeni people will not surrender to tyrants and aggressors.

Engineer Sharaf El-Din stressed the Yemeni people’s rejection of the systematic blockade by the aggression on the ports of the Corporation, which is a war crime in which the United Nations and the international community contribute.

He also confirmed the falsehood of the allegations of the aggression coalition about the presence of armed manifestations in the port of Hodeida, considering these false allegations as an attempt to justify targeting the port.

Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of the Scholars and Learners Unit, Sheikh Ali Al-Ahdal, praised the qualitative operations carried out by the missile force and the weapon operating in the Saudi depth as a deterrent to the crimes of the aggression and its siege on the Yemeni people.

He pointed out that the steadfastness and sacrifices of the Yemeni people will draw the contours of victory and the failure of all plans of aggression.

The event, which was attended by the directors of the Standards Authority, Ibrahim State and Maritime Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mushki, and the Director of Port Customs, Abdullah Habib, included a poem by the poet Younis Abu Al-Hayaa and an operetta entitled “The Resilience of a Nation”, and a film about the role of the Red Sea Ports Corporation and the continuation of its work despite the aggression
