Decree Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council No. (118) for the year 1446 AH was issued to establish the Endowment Court of First Instance in the Capital Secretariat and specializes in dismissing all criminal, personal, civil and commercial disputes and discounts related to the suspended notables in the Capital Amanat and Sanaa Governorate.
The decision of the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council No. (119) for the year 1446 AH was issued to establish the Endowment Division of the Capital Secretariat Appeals Court, which specializes in adjudicating the appeal appeals to which it is submitted by the rulings issued by the Endowment Court.
