A meeting to determine the priorities of the service sector and social solidarity for its general plan 1445 AH

 

A meeting held at the Executive Office of the National Vision Department, which included the advisor of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Moftah, the Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs, the head of the Executive Office of the National Vision Department, Mahmoud Al-Junaid, and the Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Development Affairs, responsible for the services sector and social solidarity, Dr. Hussein Maqbouli, discussed the process. Abdul Raqeeb Al-Sharmani, Electricity and Energy Dr. Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, Social Affairs and Labor Obaid Salem bin Dhabai, Deputy Head of the Executive Office Ali Al-Mutamayez, and heads of technical units in the Executive Office.. the meeting was attended Reviewing the chronic procedures to determine the priorities of the next plan, and the role of the services and social solidarity sector and the organizations under this sector in setting priorities and submitting them to the Executive Office.

 

During the meeting, the general determinants for choosing the priorities of the plan for the next year 1445 AH were reviewed, which must be linked to the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership and the goals of the national vision. These priorities must also address urgent and critical issues that are formulated in the form of policies or general confrontations that achieve the desired change, with their link to the specific tasks of the authorities. , provided that it takes into account the participatory priorities with other sectors and alignment with the priorities of previous years, in addition to the need for the priorities to be able to be translated into realistic programs and projects that can be implemented and measured, all within the framework of taking into account the available capabilities, resources and financing opportunities.

The advisor to the Supreme Political Council and the two deputy prime ministers stressed the need to overcome the problems that accompanied the preparation of previous plans, and to take advantage of time as an important element in the planning process.

They pointed out the importance of the priorities of the service sector and social solidarity being in touch with the needs of citizens and the services provided to them, and keeping pace with the contents of the plans for the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to alleviate the suffering of the citizen.

 

A number of ministers made important interventions on the priorities for preparing the next plan and linking it to the available financial allocations in accordance with the mechanism for approving allocations for annual plans projects submitted by the Executive Office and the Ministry of Finance and approved by the President of the Supreme Political Council and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for National Vision.

 

The meeting was attended by the heads and members of the executive units of the national vision in the entities affiliated with the services and social solidarity sector.
