Discussing aspects of coordination and cooperation between the Central Authority for Control and the Red Sea Ports Corporation in the field of strengthening control efforts

 

A meeting on Wednesday 28/3/1443 AH corresponding to 3/11/2021AD at the Central Organization for Control and Accountability, which included the head of the agency, Ali Yahya Al-Emad, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Captain Muhammad Abu Bakr Ishaq, discussed aspects of coordination and cooperation between the agency and the institution in the field of strengthening oversight efforts.

The meeting, which included the general managers of the office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, Nabil Mazhaji, Planning and Statistics, Dr. Waddah Majmal, and Legal Affairs, Mutahar Al-Amdi, reviewed the automation system in force in the device, which was designed and developed by Yemeni cadres with great professional expertise.

Captain Ishaq praised the development witnessed by the work of the Central Organization for Control and Accountability, and the automated system’s absorption of all models and stereotyped evidence and its integration into the automated system in force in the financial and administrative system, electronic archiving, employee services, and the comprehensiveness of the work of the device, its integration and interdependence in one chain.

He explained that the visit to the agency comes to see the system and the mechanism of its work and the possibility of benefiting from it within the projects of the institution in implementation of the directions of the government within the national vision of building the modern Yemeni state.

He affirmed the Corporation’s keenness to benefit from the programs in force in the Agency, to cooperate with the supervisory efforts that it undertakes, and to work to facilitate the tasks of the supervisory teams and committees affiliated with the Authority and the supervisory bodies.

He pointed out that the oversight activities implemented by the NCA and the National Anti-Corruption Authority are considered as support and strength factors to enhance the foundations of the integrity of the financial and administrative work in the various state facilities and agencies.

While the head of the Central Organization for Control and Accountability indicated that the agency works objectively and in a way that serves the public interest, and praised the cooperation of the institution’s leadership on the observations raised about the institution’s performance.
