Ministry of Transport concludes the awareness and development training workshop for the fourth group
Ministry of Transport concluded a special training workshop, Awareness and Development Program for the Fourth Group.
The workshop, in which 130 participants from the Ministry and its agencies and institutions participated, and which lasted five days, aimed to develop capabilities and develop skills in a way that contributes to raising skill capabilities in work and dealing in many fields.
The Deputy Minister of Transport, Mr. Mohammed Al-Hashemi, pointed out the importance of these programs in self-development and capacity-building through which to advance institutional work, adding that they renew and refine the employee’s skills and raise their efficiency in completing and making institutional work successful, which gives them a sophisticated culture of faith.
Pointing out that it is an important milestone in their lives in the educational and religious fields, hoping that it will have a significant impact on the reality of life and in the psychological and practical reality.
Al-Hashemi stressed that the enemy uses all types of wars, including soft wars that target values and work to overturn facts. Confronting this war is arming yourself with the weapon of awareness and insight. With the weapon of faith, the weapon that the enemy does not possess.
He said, “This path will continue to accommodate all employees of the agencies and will develop with the development of the nation’s stages and positions at this stage.” He extended his thanks to everyone who participated, initiated, and contributed to the success of these training workshops.

While the participants expressed their thanks and appreciation to the leadership of the Ministry of Transport for their interest and keenness to hold such training workshops, which is considered human development through which a person improves in the behavioral and administrative aspects and is able to keep pace with events and address imbalances in practical reality.
