PM: Interaction of officials and employees with citizens’ issues come at forefront of daily tasks

The Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, stressed that the interaction of the employee and the official in the central and local state institutions with citizens’ issues and problems should come at the forefront of daily tasks.

The Prime Minister indicated, during his meeting y with the employees of the Ministry of Transport, that the human cadre is the cornerstone of the institutional process and the developmental path of performance.

He explained that working to solve the problems of citizens, especially those coming from distant regions and villages, and dealing with them, reflects a positive image of the institution, whether it is central or local, emphasizing that all the state staff, topped by the higher authority officials, have to dedicate institutional work based on respect for systems, regulations and laws.

Dr. bin Habtoor pointed out that the victory over the enemies is achieved through concerted efforts, the courage of the army, the determination and steadfastness of the common people, the steadfastness of the simple employee at his workplace and his preservation of his institution.

The Prime Minister praised the steadfastness of the employees of the Ministry of Transport and its subsidiaries, and others in all state institutions, who withstood despite the lack of capabilities and helped to abort the Saudi-led aggression coalition scheme and goals to bring down the various institutions.
