Two training courses for 30 cadres of Hodeidah ports in the fields of logic controller basics and maritime terminology

I started at the Training and Rehabilitation Center of the Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation in the port of Hodeida, a training course in the field of the basics of the Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC) 

The course, which is organized by the General Administration of Human Resources in the organization over a week, aims to provide 15 cadres of the General Administration of Technical Affairs with the skills and knowledge of the basics of the logic controller, its components, advantages, disadvantages and similarities with the personal computer in terms of inputs, outputs and storage memory.

It also launched today at the training center a training course in the definition of maritime conversations and terminology.

The week-long course, organized by the Corporation’s Human Resources Department, aims to provide 15 cadres of navigational traffic controllers with the skills and knowledge of ship types, data and tasks that must be presented to service applicants

At the opening, speeches were given, all of which emphasized the importance of the two sessions in enhancing and developing job performance by rehabilitating the capabilities of the employees of the institution and keeping pace with technological development in improving the performance of employees of various departments

She urged the trainees to take advantage of the two courses, come up with skills and acquire new knowledge, which contribute to the development of administrative and technical work

The words pointed out that the two courses are refresher courses that contribute to developing the performance of workers, acquiring knowledge and experience, and upgrading technical work

She appreciated the keenness of the leadership of the Corporation to train and qualify the Corporation’s employees in accordance with the directives of the plans and programs of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state and advancing the maritime transport sector
