Workshop for the new competition system for the single maritime window

The Information Systems Department at Hodeidah Port is implementing a workshop for the new single window competition system in which representatives of agents and shipping companies operating in the Red Sea ports participate.

The workshop, organized by the Red Sea Ports Corporation and the General Authority for Maritime Affairs, will last for three days, during which participants will receive information and technical skills regarding the new competition system for the single maritime window, and take notes from specialists in the process of developing the system.

This workshop comes in implementation of the requirements of the one maritime window that was opened and launched its services on the first of January of the new year 2024 AD in the ports of Hodeidah, in accordance with the International Maritime Organization’s IMO circular regarding the implementation of the one maritime window system to improve services and simplify maritime procedures.
