YRSPC :- He stressed the importance of job rotation..

A meeting at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Tuesday 27/12/1443 AH, headed by the Corporation’s Chairman, Captain Mohammed Abu Bakr Ishaq, discussed the progress of the Corporation’s performance.

The meeting, which was attended by the Vice President of the Foundation, Zaid Ahmed Al-Washli, reviewed the activities and work carried out in all departments and the most important needs and difficulties facing the workflow of the Foundation and its various facilities.

The meeting touched on the institution’s vision for the year 1444-1445 AH and its implementation tools.

In the meeting, Captain Isaac congratulated those included in the job rotation.. He stressed the importance of job rotation in the public office for the cadres and employees of the departments in the Corporation.

He pointed to the necessity of developing performance, conducting continuous evaluation, identifying imbalances and resolving them in order to develop the operational, service and financial process.

Urging everyone to sense responsibility, work in a team spirit, and make more efforts to improve work, improve the services provided, and achieve the vision of the institution in accordance with the strategy of self-sufficiency and rebuilding specified in the second phase of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

Captain Ishaq explained that those covered by the recycling process are among the competencies of the institution, which depend on benefiting from its expertise in new locations and optimizing the achievement of the desired goals.

For his part, the Vice President of the Corporation stressed the importance of advancing the service and revenue reality, improving their aspects, and enhancing the actual role of the cadres working in the Corporation.

Noting the need to overcome difficulties in order to achieve more successes in light of the challenges caused by the aggression and the siege.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Office of the President of the Foundation, Nabil Omar Al-Muzhaji, and all the general managers of the Foundation’s public administrations and their deputies.
